Description
The Dallas-Barnhartvale Nature Park is another lesser known park in our area. It does not have as many trails as Kenna Cartwright Park or Peterson Creek Park, but it is still an excellent park! There are a variety of trails of varying difficulties and there are some fantastic viewpoints above the Dallas area. Another nice thing about this park is that there is also the Blackwell Trails next door that offer even more trails to explore! This park has a picnic shelter, that is a bit of a walk from the parking area as well as a washroom! If you haven’t checked out this area yet, definitely check it out!
